Products

We use high-grade aluminum alloy 6063-T5 as the primary material for most products. For fence posts and structural components requiring extra strength, we combine aluminum with hot-dip galvanized steel tubes that meet Chinese national standards (GB/T 26941). All materials are selected for their corrosion resistance, strength, and longevity. Surface treatment includes advanced metal anti-rust technology followed by high-end electrostatic powder coating in 80+ color options.
Zinc steel fences feature steel posts with a hot-dip galvanized coating (60–80μm zinc layer) for superior rust prevention, making them ideal for heavy-duty industrial and highway applications. Aluminum fences are lighter, never rust, and offer more design flexibility with intricate patterns and shapes. Aluminum is preferred for residential, decorative, and coastal applications where weight and aesthetics matter. Both come with our 10-year maintenance-free guarantee.
Yes. Our aluminum products are specifically engineered for harsh environments including coastal areas with high salt content. The 6063-T5 aluminum alloy naturally forms a protective oxide layer, and our fluorocarbon PVDF coating provides additional protection against UV radiation, salt spray, and acid rain. For extreme coastal conditions, we can upgrade to marine-grade 6061-T6 alloy with enhanced anodizing treatment.
We offer over 80 standard colors through our high-end electrostatic powder coating process, including matte black, antique bronze, pearl white, forest green, and wood-grain finishes. Custom colors can be matched to your specific requirements using RAL or Pantone codes. For projects requiring maximum color retention, we recommend our premium fluorocarbon PVDF coating which maintains color fidelity for 20+ years even under intense sun exposure.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to request samples before placing bulk orders. We provide small material swatches (10×10cm) showing the coating finish and color free of charge — you only cover the shipping cost. For larger prototype samples of specific products, we charge a sample fee which is fully deductible from your subsequent bulk order. Sample production typically takes 7–10 business days.

Customization

Yes, full customization is one of our core strengths. Simply send us your architectural drawings (CAD, PDF, or even hand sketches), dimensional requirements, and preferred materials. Our engineering team will review feasibility, provide 3D renderings, structural analysis, and production drawings for your approval before manufacturing. We have successfully delivered thousands of custom projects for architects, contractors, and property developers worldwide.
For standard products in our catalog, the MOQ is typically one full 20ft container (approximate quantities vary by product). For fully custom designs, the MOQ depends on complexity: simple profile extrusions start at 500 linear meters, while complex fabricated items like custom gates require a minimum of 10 units. We are flexible for large projects and can discuss phased delivery schedules to accommodate your construction timeline.
Standard custom orders are typically completed within 25–35 days after drawing approval and deposit payment. This includes: drawing confirmation (3–5 days), mold/tooling preparation if needed (7–10 days for new extrusion dies), production (10–15 days), surface treatment (3–5 days), and quality inspection/packing (2–3 days). For very large or complex projects, we provide a detailed production schedule during the quotation phase.
Yes, we offer OEM and private-label services. Logos can be applied through laser engraving, CNC milling, or custom die-cast badges depending on the product type and your preference. For packaging, we can produce custom cartons, wooden crates, or pallets with your branding. Please provide your logo files in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG format. There may be a one-time tooling fee for logo embossing dies.

Installation

No. Our products utilize a patented welding-free assembly system licensed from the USA. All connections use precision-engineered connectors, brackets, and fasteners that allow for bolt-together installation. This not only speeds up on-site assembly but also ensures consistent quality without the variability of welded joints. Basic tools such as a drill, level, and wrench are sufficient for most installations. Detailed installation manuals and video guides are provided with every order.
We primarily supply products FOB/CIF, but for large projects we can arrange supervised installation through our network of certified local partners in major markets. Alternatively, we provide comprehensive installation documentation including 3D exploded diagrams, step-by-step manuals, and video tutorials. For complex projects like automated gates or large pergolas, we offer remote video consultation with our technical engineers during the installation phase.
Fence posts require concrete footing with a minimum depth of 400mm (16 inches) and diameter of 300mm (12 inches) for standard residential fences. For gates, posts need deeper footings — typically 600–800mm depending on gate size and weight. We provide a detailed foundation drawing with every order specifying exact dimensions, rebar requirements, and concrete grade. For ground-mounted installations without concrete, we offer base plate systems that bolt to existing concrete slabs or paving.
Our products are designed to be virtually maintenance-free for 10 years. The electrostatic powder coating and anti-rust treatment eliminate the need for painting or rust removal. We recommend rinsing with clean water every 6–12 months to remove dust and debris — the self-cleaning surface properties will do most of the work. For coastal areas, a mild soap wash twice a year helps remove salt deposits. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool which can damage the coating.

Shipping & Payment

We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL) as standard, with delivery times of 15–35 days depending on the destination port. Express air freight is available for urgent samples or small orders (5–10 days). We handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. For land-locked countries, we can arrange delivery to the nearest port with onward trucking coordinated through our logistics partners.
All products are carefully protected with multiple layers: individual PE foam wrapping prevents surface scratches, corrugated cardboard dividers separate pieces, and wooden crates or reinforced cartons provide structural protection. Glass panels are packed in custom plywood cases with shock-absorbing foam. Each package is labeled with handling instructions, product codes, and destination details. We have a damage rate of less than 0.3% across all shipments.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with good payment history, we offer OA (Open Account) terms of 30–60 days. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is accepted for orders over $50,000. We also accept Western Union and PayPal for sample orders and small transactions under $5,000. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
For FOB terms, we handle export customs clearance from China; the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and duties in the destination country. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms available in select markets, we handle both export and import clearance including duties and taxes — please contact us for a DDP quotation. We provide all necessary documentation including HS codes, material certificates, and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs processing.

After-Sales

We provide a 10-year maintenance-free quality guarantee on all standard products covering structural integrity, coating adhesion, and rust resistance under normal use conditions. The warranty covers replacement of defective parts or full product replacement at our discretion. Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Warranty claims require photographic evidence and a description of the issue; our team responds within 48 hours.
In the rare event of shipping damage or manufacturing defects, please document the issue with photos within 7 days of receipt and email our after-sales team. We will assess the damage and provide one of the following solutions: (1) replacement parts shipped express at our cost, (2) partial refund for minor cosmetic issues, or (3) full replacement for major structural defects. Our goal is to resolve any issue to your complete satisfaction within 14 business days.
Yes, we maintain full records of every order including material specifications, dimensions, and coating details, allowing us to produce identical replacement parts years after the original purchase. Common spare parts such as hinges, locks, brackets, and individual fence panels can be ordered in small quantities. We recommend ordering 5–10% extra components during your initial purchase to account for future repairs or expansions. Lead time for spare parts is typically 10–15 days.
